Refund policy

We want you to love every sip. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns Due to the nature of our products (consumable food and beverage items), we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

To be eligible for a return on unopened items, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

2. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

3. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product. If you need an exchange, contact us at gypsyscozyroast@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

4. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened coffee, tea, or consumable products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Downloadable or digital products

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please email us at gypsyscozyroast@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either with a replacement or a full refund.

6. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
